Our client is a foreign-invested company looking for a National Aftersales Manager (Automobile, 4,000 USD, ID 17815):
- Develop After-sales Strategies: Create after-sales service plans for relevant vehicle models and align them with the dealer network to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation.
- Dealer Network Development: Oversee the establishment, expansion, and maintenance of the after-sales service network in collaboration with dealers.
- Training & Standardization: Deliver management and operational training to dealership teams, ensuring compliance with brand standards and fostering a consistent and professional brand image.
- Service Quality Assurance: Define and enforce service standards across all dealers to guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Customer Relations & Complaint Handling: Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction, and monitor dealer service performance continuously.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of dealers, including performance evaluation, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Establish systems and processes for spare parts handling and warehouse management to ensure timely supply and cost control.
