Manager, Commercial Excellence

Commercial Excellence:

• Overall achievement on CRM KPIs and Tools
• Full compliance to the Country / Regional and Global Standards on reports and tools management.
• Organizing Sales Conferences, Training and implementation of Sales related efforts and projects which the Sales Director or the Company assigns to accomplish
• Own commercial calendar for pipeline and BD performance reviews on CRM KPIs and Tools
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Prepare statistical reports, executive summaries, newsletters, preparing presentation

Business Development (KAM accounts only)

• Responsible for developing business sales plan for Road Product
• Responsible for developing logistics solution and Road strategy
• Responsible for growing road business with existing or new KAM accounts by co-managing growth strategies in close coordination with KAMs from other divisions who hold primary account ownership
• Knowledgeable of regulatory developments in respect of trucking and distribution in Vietnam
• Work with the solution team/tender management team for generating proposals for potential business clients which are in line with the company’s strategic focus, fully cost and structured in accordance with company pricing principles and business ethics
• Penetrate new geographies and new segments (Ex. Consumer& Retail, Technology and Industrial) and service offerings for KAM accounts in Vietnam.
• Create and close new deals with target named customers – including large development deals
• Understand Company Road Network and utilize our network to build up the existing KAM customer pipeline
• Work with KAMs from other Division for Road opportunity and develop to win business and support for commercial & legal preparation

Implementation

• To set up and implement new client operations till it is stabilized
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Guide and support all functions for all related customer’s matter

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in foreign Trade/ Economics / Business or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in forwarding/ logistics companies
• Advanced MS Office Skills is mandatory
