Mô tả công việc

Location:SCS Building, Lot T2-4, D1 Road, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Ho Chi Minh city
Mon-Fri (8AM - 5PM)

  • Perform timely inbound shipment processing and outbound delivery transactions (SAP & WMS) to support customer fulfillment.
  • Execute local EXIM activities, such as applying for Import Permits and licenses, and ensure the retention of all necessary shipping documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints related to deliveries and provide appropriate corrective actions.
  • Follow up on international freight discrepancy cases, including raising claims for damages caused by forwarders until case closure.
  • Ensure all shipments (inbound & export) adhere to US import/export rules and all current local customs requirements.
  • Support management in documenting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Transportation and EXIM activities.
  • Conduct regular self-audits and health checks on Transportation and EXIM processes, reporting results and issues to the operations manager.
  • Perform any other assigned activities and projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the import/export field, preferably gained at freight forwarding companies.
  • College/University degree in Import/Export, Logistics, or equivalent majors.
  • The interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Proficient in English communication (written and spoken), equivalent to TOEIC 700+.
  • Proficient in Excel (understanding formulas and functions).
  • Knowledge of WMS and SAP (SAP training will be provided)
  • Knowledge of Drop-shipping/Cross-docking models.
