HR Responsibilities:
- Handle salary, bonus, allowance, tax, insurance, and employee benefits based on company rules
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support recruitment process
- Manage complete and updated personnel records (labor contracts, leaves, expenses...)
- Support internal communication and HR admin tasks
Finance Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check invoices, receipts, and payment documents
- Assist with data entry and filing of accounting documents
- Support month-end and year-end financial reports
- Perform other finance or admin tasks as assigned
Education: Bachelor's degree with Accounting major
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs: word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
Language skill: Basic English communication skills
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome – no experience needed, training provided
