Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare billing entries, invoice generated.
  • Check and reconcile vendor’s statement to accounts payable ledger.
  • Be In charge of cash receipts from tenants, issue cash receipt vouchers and prepare reports of daily banking.
  • Follow up other debtors/creditors with tenant management team.
  • Reconcile VAT input monthly declaration with ledger and key in accounting system, software.
  • Keep filing accounting documents.
  • Assist in timely and accurate generation of monthly/yearly/ad-hoc management report.
  •  Make sure submission of required documentation/report to relevant authorities as per Vietnamese laws and regulations timely and correctly Liaise with HCMC Tax Department and DPI for admin procedures.
  • Performance other tasks assigned by Finance Manager/Department Head of Finance.
