Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and recorded in accounting system, software.
Keep filling and provide requested documents for audits.
Assist in timely and accurate generation of monthly/yearly/ad-hoc management report.
Make sure submission of required documentation/report to relevant authorities as per Vietnamese laws and regulations timely and accurately
Liaise with HCMC Tax Department and DPI for admin procedures.
Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager/Department Head of Finance
