Mô tả công việc

  • Handle inbound shipments for both air and ocean across all destinations.
  • Follow up on shipment handover, departure, and arrival with origin agents to ensure service commitments are met.
  • Escalate any foreseeable issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with agents and carriers to obtain sea/air rates and schedules that meet customers’ requirements.
  • Ensure timely responses and updates are provided to customers and agents.
  • Perform thorough checks before releasing documents or cargo to consignees.
  • Ensure billing accuracy on shipment files and submit them to accounting promptly.
  • Comply with new SOPs, maintain DSRs, and consistently meet KPIs.
  • Develop contingency plans to provide better solutions for customers.
  • Explore new opportunities to optimize revenue.
  • Seek new avenues to increase volume and shipment counts within the EFL system.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to management.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and escalate support needs and operational requirements to management
