CRM and Digital Marketing Officer

JOB PURPOSE

The CRM and Digital Marketing Officer will build, run and monitor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to bring benefits to shoppers. The role will also be responsible for developing and implementing digital activities to keep communication with shoppers and engage them with the campaigns and promotions at Estella Place shopping mall.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Develop customer data at CRM application to drive traffic to the shopping mall and boost sales for Tenants
• Daily create and implement digital activities
• Create and engage digital contents and topics for viral marketing, email marketing/e-newsletters and mobile/SMS marketing
• Supervise digital agencies to perform provided services.
• Manage campaign budgets and schedules
• Take charge of the shopping mall’s social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and YouTube
• Daily be responsible of the shopping mall’s Wi-Fi marketing
• Develop, update, and promote all contents on Estella Place’s website
• Support Advertising and Promotion team in the creative development of marketing materials, events, partnership or sponsorship
• Support other marketing-related projects as assigned
