Job Descriptions/ Scope of Works:
- Execute sales activities and customer development in food ingredients and grains field
- Develop B2B/B2C business, import & export, and seek new opportunities in domestic market
- Identify, acquire, and grow new customers while strengthening relationships with existing ones
- Conduct cost and price calculations, and regularly update pricing based on quotations and revisions from forwarders and service providers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from negotiation to after-sales service, and report weekly progress
- Serve as a primary contact point between the company and key customers
- Always catch up with customer requirements and maintain strong relationships
- Follow up and keep track of purchase order requests, shipping schedules, and logistic requirements
- Manage storage/warehouse and work with the broker/customs agent if needed
- Drive efforts to achieve goals and targets set by the company
- Research and collect competitor's information, customs data, market insights, and global trends.
- Perform other assignments as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, import-export, or international trade in the food industry
- Solid background in logistics, food ingredient distribution and wholesale.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clearance procedures, and import-export laws.
- Experience in shipping documentation, Incoterms, and domestic/oversea payment methods.
- Prior experience in a similar industry is a strong advantage
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends, market insights, and new opportunities
Skills:
- Advanced English level in 4 skills
- Chinese/Cantonese is a plus
- Strong self-motivation and self-discipline
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in preparing reports, contracts, proposals, quotations, and Microsoft Office
Job Benefits:
