Chief Accountant/ Kế toán trưởng

I. JOB OBJECTIVES

• Organize and manage all accounting and financial activities of the company.

• Ensure accounting operations, taxes, and expenses comply with legal regulations.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and lead the accounting team in accordance with their roles, responsibilities, and job assignments.

• Ensure revenue and expenses are recorded in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Issuing VAT invoice to Customer daily

• Arranging payment to Airlines/Carrier/Vendors/sup-contractor daily/weekly

• Prepare or supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual report.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax declarations and payments (VAT, Corporate Income Tax Personal Income Tax, etc.).

• Work with Audit company/ Tax authorities during audits and inspections.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

III. OTHER SUPPORT

• Support for HR tasks, Social Insurance, Private Insurance

• Administrative tasks

• Arising tasks (if any)

I. MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

• Tổ chức, quản lý toàn bộ công tác kế toán – tài chính của công ty.

• Đảm bảo các hoạt động kế toán, thuế, chi phí... tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.

II. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

• Tổ chức và điều hành bộ phận kế toán theo đúng chức năng, nhiệm vụ và phân công công việc.

• Đảm bảo việc ghi nhận doanh thu, chi phí theo đúng chuẩn mực kế toán và quy định thuế.

• Xuất hóa đơn GTGT cho khách hàng mỗi ngày

• Sắp xếp làm thanh toán cho các đại lý máy bay/ hãng tàu/NCC mỗi ngày/mỗi tuần

• Lập hoặc kiểm soát các báo cáo hàng tháng, quý, năm.

• Đảm bảo kê khai và nộp các loại thuế đúng quy định (GTGT, TNDN, TNCN...).

• Làm việc với công ty kiểm toán/cơ quan thuế khi có thanh tra, quyết toán.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc.

III. OTHER SUPPORT

• Giúp hoàn thành các công việc thuộc về nhân sự, BHXH, BH cá nhân.

• Công việc liên quan đến Admin.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.

• Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory).

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a Chief Accountant position; experience in the logistics industry is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax laws, and logistics-related regulations.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Proficient in accounting software. Priority given to Fast-Softek

• Honest, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong system thinking and a high sense of responsibility.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán.

• Có Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng (bắt buộc).

• Am hiểu chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam, luật thuế, quy định logistics liên quan.

• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.

• Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm kế toán. Ưu tiên Fast-Softek
