1. Strategic Planning & P&L Management
Build and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for the business unit.
Take full ownership of P&L, ensure sustainable financial performance through effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of resources.
Identify new business models, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market presence.
2. Market & Portfolio Development
Lead market analysis to capture emerging trends, competitive movements, and customer insights.
Develop and manage product/service portfolio strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives.
Drive innovation and launch of new offerings to maximize market potential.
3. Business Development & Partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and KOLs to strengthen the company’s market position.
Negotiate and close strategic deals that support long-term growth.
Explore opportunities in new market segments or geographies.
4. Sales & Marketing Enablement
Work closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to define go-to-market strategies and ensure effective execution.
Provide direction to sales teams to achieve short-term and long-term revenue objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong customer value propositions.
5. Leadership & People Development
Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with company’s vision and values.
Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders within the business unit.
Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
Manage risks and ensure operational excellence across all business activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management or related fields (MBA preferred).
At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Business Unit Leadership in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device industry.
Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
