Job requirement

1. Strategic Planning & P&L Management

  • Build and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for the business unit.

  • Take full ownership of P&L, ensure sustainable financial performance through effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of resources.

  • Identify new business models, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market presence.

2. Market & Portfolio Development

  • Lead market analysis to capture emerging trends, competitive movements, and customer insights.

  • Develop and manage product/service portfolio strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives.

  • Drive innovation and launch of new offerings to maximize market potential.

3. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and KOLs to strengthen the company’s market position.

  • Negotiate and close strategic deals that support long-term growth.

  • Explore opportunities in new market segments or geographies.

4. Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to define go-to-market strategies and ensure effective execution.

  • Provide direction to sales teams to achieve short-term and long-term revenue objectives.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong customer value propositions.

5. Leadership & People Development

  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with company’s vision and values.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders within the business unit.

  • Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

6. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.

  • Manage risks and ensure operational excellence across all business activities.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management or related fields (MBA preferred).

  • At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Business Unit Leadership in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Device industry.

  • Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
