This position will report to Brand Manager and be responsible for support strategic decisions, implement sales and marketing activities to ensure planned revenues are achieved whilst working within budgeted costs.
1. Operations
- Implementation and achievement of sales plan, KPI per store, monitor results and take actions on an immediate and ongoing basic.
- Work with HR, Brand Manager on incentive and remuneration scheme for store crew
- Continuously monitor stock levels (minimums and maximums) in conjunction with Store Manager to ensure optimum coverage while minimizing excess
- Willing to full-fill the paper-work process in structure.
2. Visual Merchandise
- Ensure that maintenance is followed up and that forms and requests are being submitted in a timely accurate manner
- Work with Counter/Store Manager on visual merchandising needs and report to Brand Manager for order and replacement
3. Customer & Stakeholder Relationship
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
- Establish relationships with VIP customers to understand market needs
- Internally, work closely with cross-functions team (HR, Accounting, Logistics,etc.)
- Externally, build and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers, partners, principle.
4. People Development
- Recruit SM or SA to meet brand standards
- Provide direction, on-going training, coach SM and SA to develop and motivate team
- Provide clear and constructive feedback on regular basis to SM and SA on their performance
- Provide an atmosphere that motivates, encourages and challenges SM and SA to achieve excellence
- Review, approve and conduct performance reviews
- Periodically review staff rotations to ensure optimum coverage at peak customer traffic times
