Warehouse Team leader (Q9)

• 5S, Safety Assurance: Adhere to labor safety principles and use safety equipment properly.• Warehouse Management: Organizing and storing goods scientifically and orderly.• Inventory Control: Monitor the receiving, storing, and picking raw materials, WIP, FGs to ensure stock accuracy and completeness of all related procedures.• Cycle Count: Perform a daily PDA cycle count and investigate if have any variances.• Employee Management: Managing, assigning, and training the warehouse employees properly.• Equipment Control: - Have experience and basic knowledge about forklift, reach trucks and rack storage- Schedule and perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition and to prevent unexpected breakdowns, ensure all warehouse employees are properly trained in the use and maintenance of the equipment.• Reporting: Prepare the warehouse report as assigned by the superior.• Improvement: Continuous improvement by recommending the new ideas
