Job Description:

Keep existing clients and increase LCL,FCL sales volumes;
Propose strategies for business goals of company and achieve agreed sales targets
Increase company reputation in LCL,FCL co-loading market;
Draw up business plan for LCL,FCL sales;
Catch up with development and activities of trade lanes on the market.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime University;
Above 30 years old
At least 5 year-working experience of Sales in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics;
Good relationship with shipping lines/carriers
Get the source of FCL cargos
Team player, but must be able to work independently.
Good command of English spoken and written,
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
Sales orientation, achievement driven;
Initiative, persuasive and proactive;
