Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager

• Effectively lead cross-functional task force in launching New Products which includes, but not limited to, limited-edition offering, packaging innovation, and reformulations.
• Effectively and efficiently lead the development and execution of integrated 360 degrees marketing campaigns of brands/ portfolio in charge using the most relevant and modern touchpoints. Experienced in Media Strategy is a plus
• Identify and work-out relevant consumer and shopper insights in analyzing industry and brand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend programs to leads to San Miguel brand growth.
• Work closely with the all-relevant Agencies and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring the campaigns and plans.
• Assist Trade Team in developing Trade Framework Plan trade and as well as merchandising under the Brand Platform

Education

• University graduate: Marketing, business administration or economics

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager for the position of Senior Brand Manager; or at least a total of 1.5-2 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager and/or Senior Assistant Brand Manager for the position of Brand Manager

Skills required

• Strong organizational skills and project management skills
• Experience in new product launches from R&D to post-launch evaluation
• Digital marketing expertise: digital media and KOL collaborations
• Networking skills for co-marketing explorations
• Experience in marketing premium brands preferred but not required
• English oral and written communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel (advanced). Knowledge of design software is preferred but not required
