Recruiting Administrative Assistant

Anduin Transactions is a groundbreaking new financial technology startup founded by Joe Lonsdale, co-founder of Palantir Technologies and Addepar. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare pdf files for form digitalization
• Schedule interviews 
• Follow up with the interviewers in the completion of the interview assessment.
• Provide updates to candidates regarding their application/interview status as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes
• Additional support to the operations team as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience 
• Prior work experience at a tech startup environment is preferred
• Familiarity with social media, including Facebook, Linkedin, Angellist, etc.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English 
• Ability to work independently and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment.
