Payable Accountant

General Scope 

• Responsible for recording management fee, expenses & report cash in-out of the project;
• Work closely with Operation departments to control expenses;
• Collect management fee properly and completely;
•  Cooperate with Operation department to keep track & record the Project's materials, assets;
•  Work with Developer's representatives on Capex, Opex and Operation reports

General requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Able to communicate in English
• General computer skills
• 1 years experience
