Accounts Payable Accountant

Main Accountabilities 

• Identify input invoices and Purchase Orders that do not match the information on the automatic system;
• Reconcile and communicate the information of these input invoices and Purchase Orders with Production Team;
• Meet the supplier accounting team to solve blocking points;
• Adjust the information in the system for these invoices to match the Purchase Orders for payment process;
• Complete any work requirements and assignments delegated by Leaders and Company 

Specialized knowledge 

• Knowledge of Accounting practices and procedures

Education & Experience 

• Have bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Business/Commerce).
• Open for fresh graduate with some practical experience (Under 1 year or 1 year of experience)
