Payable accountant

Position title: Payable accountant
Salary range: 8 - 15 millions vnd
Work location: Ascendas Protrade Singapore Tech Park, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province

Responsibilities :

• Take charge of AP transnational work to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of related information
• Review invoices and check requests for accuracy, propriety, proper authorization, adequacy and completeness of supporting documentation (PO, goods receiving, customs verification and invoices), and proper book in accordance with internal control policy
• Maintain organized up-to-date files of all documents supporting contractual arrangements and payments in a secure and confidential mann.
• Resolve the discrepancy between actual and PO and identify the significant variance.
• Process debit / credit memo in ERP as per approval of company process
• Input relevant entries into ERP and track the status in system.
• Take charge of AP aging report, reconcile with vendor.
• Monitor vendor master in AP module based on the application form provided by buyer and approval as per the process.
• Other tasks assigned by Chief accountant.

Requirement :

• University graduates in Finance and Accounting.
• More than 2 years of experience in manufacturing enterprise in product costing.
• Budgetary control and common key performance measurements.
• Honesty, hard working, and detailed.
• Numerate, analytical, logical and follow-through skills.
• Communication and interpersonal understanding; Personal and Team Leadership.
• Good command of English and presentation skill.
• Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP. Skilled in Excel and common office software applications.
