Payable Accountant

SCOPE OF POSITION:

Payable and Asset Accountant is responsible for doing payable accounting, controlling asset accounting, checking revenue of taproom.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking payment documents, liaise with other departments / banks/ supplier to solve issues arising in payment progress for 2 companies
• Reclassify expenses and book to right accounts for 2 companies
• Keep track of & maintain Payable/ Accrued / Expenses/ Asset/ Revenue of Taproom accounting for 2 companies
• Control cost to ensure it is legal, suitable and in the budget for 2 companies
• Prepare internal reports for 2 companies
• Prepare monthly VAT input report for 2 companies
• Book asset to system and depreciation monthly for 2 companies
• Controlling asset, tool of the whole company for 2 companies
• Check and report revenue of taproom daily for 2 companies
• Other activities as assigned for 2 companies

REQUIREMENT

• Female. University graduated from Finance and Accounting.
• Good at computer skill, Accounting system, Excel is requirment.
• Hard - working, reality and careful.
