Job Description

• Maintain Supplier Master File
• Check and review movement of suppliers periodically
• Do the screening of denied parties, embargoed countries and restricted regime countries quarterly
• File and record contract
• Verify invoices and supporting docs for payment per internal policies and statutory requirements
• Book invoices within 2 days from receipt
• Make payment effectively adapting to Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), cash flow and business requirements
• File and record payment voucher & documents
• Reconcile payable general ledger accounts to accounts payable subsidiary ledger
• Manage specific reports to accounts payable
• Run open Purchase Order (PO) report quarterly to control PO status
• Support audit specific to accounts payable
• Input VAT & FCWT reports and filings per statutory requirements
• Process account payable closing; Reconcile bank account before 01 day closing.
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

• More than 3+ years accounting experience
• Good oral and written communication skills in Cambodian and English, Vietnamese is an advantage
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, Microsoft Office is a must
• Good organizational and attention to detail skills
