Senior Payable Accountant

General Scope

Responsibility for works of AR-AP accountant including processing, monitor payments;

Collect money from customer to ensure transactions up to date, accurately, timely;

Check and clarify all PR/ payment request/ supporting document in compliance with tax regulation, company policy and approval matrix;

Registration open a new bank accounts with the Bank & update changes related to account;

Perform other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

General requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

Good communication skill both in Vietnamese and English

Good command in office software and accountanting software

Knowledge of Vietnam's taxation laws

3 years experience in building/property accounting
