National AirFreight Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities

As Airfreight Manager, you will have an outgoing and driving role with a broad interface both within the company as well as with customers and suppliers. Your most important task will be to work with local and overseas clients including the global organization and provide best options available.

• Build and maintain relationship with airlines
• Commercially promote the product externally and internally
• Continue to develop and promote the airfreight product in Vietnam
• Continue to assess the market to ensure the correct products are in place
• Training and managing the airfreight team towards maximum performance and job satisfaction
• Meet set budget and sales goals

Qualification

• Have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Airfreight Operation
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Master of Airport process, Airport Customs Process
• Knowledge of Airfreight Market
• Fluent in local language and English (read, spoken and written).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result orientated
• Entrepreneurial skills
• Good sales ability, knowledge of customer psychology, presentation skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Able to work independently and same time to be part of a highly successful team
