Import & Export Fresh Staff

• 1.      Supervisors the common Import, Export & liquidation jobs
• 2.      Update Vietnamese customs rules tao follow for all shipments;

3.      Manage customs procedures

• 4.      Inspect and implement commodity policies for specific import/export products;
• 5.      Work with Oversea & domestics FFWs to arrange export shipments; work with local & over suppliers to arrange and handle import shipments.
• 6.      Control data in the EDI, EXIM, SAP management system;
• 7.      Internal control data for liquidation and work with FI team for liquidation reports
• 8.      Perform other duties as requested by leader.
• One staff will handle one field (import, export or liquidation) or do multi jobs based on ability.

• 1. Educational background: ·        Bachelor’s degree
• 2. Experiences: ·       Open for Fresh graduates ·       Working experience at a manufacturing (Optional); ·       Familiar with SAP systems & Global logistics systems (Optional).
• 3. Skills: ·       English fluency(speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory ·       Team collaboration, effective communication & presentations skills ·       Proficiency with data integrity, MS office and SAP system ·       Maximum effort to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contribute to building a personal career, contributing to the development of the company.
• 4. Advantages ·       Experience with manufacturing import/export/ liquidation process ·       Familiar with customs systems. ·       Understand well about international incoterm.
