Position: Import & Logistic staff - General Trading

Job Code: 66745

Responsibility

This position will be responsible mainly for import-related tasks. Mainly, candidate import the product from China. Besides that, this position is in charge of chemical substance management

・Input and manage data related to cargo received from customers into the company system.

・Communicate with clients and get detailed information about cargo (mainly in English)

・Request for cargo storage to partner warehouse.

・Prepare the shipping documents for cargo import.

・Manage chemical substances safety

・Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese Director.

• Working location: Ba Dinh - Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 400～800 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Education: College diploma of chemical major or above

・Gender: Any

・Age: 20-30 years old

・Language: English business level

・Experience:

• Working experience as Import staff, Custom Clearance, Purchasing, Logistic management or Sales admin in B to B Manufacturing industry or Logistic/Warehouse industry.
• Fresh graduates are not required to experience

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Have working experience in Japanese companies or start-up.

・Japanese/Chinese skill

・Have experience of the deal with China.

・Can work for long time

・Have work in manufacturing, Logistic or General Trading industry.

・Have the knowledge of import. Not required export skill
