HRBP - EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

• Lead Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Training & Development activities to build a positive employee experience, strengthen talent pipeline and support factory business objectives. 1 .  Employee Engagement & CSR (50%)
• Lead the annual Employee Engagement plan, activities and events.
• Manage internal communication channels and employee communication campaigns.
• Drive employee listening, recognition and culture-building initiatives.
• Develop and execute CSR & ESG activities for the factory.
• 2.   Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (30%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office positions at the factory.
• Ensure a consistent and positive onboarding experience.
• Build employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with schools, universities and external partners to build talent pools for part-time, internship and other workforce needs.

3. Training & Development (10%)

• Manage the annual training plan and training calendar for the factory.
• Coordinate internal/external training, including HSE, soft skills and functional training.
• Ensure training execution, records and effectiveness.

• Performance, HR Systems & Budget (10%)
• Manage HR data and CJ HR systems/platforms.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Manage assigned HR budgets, annual plans and reports.

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar generalist role, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.

2. Soft Skills

• Proactive leadership and ability to drive employee engagement activities independently.
• Strong skills in planning, event organization, and project management.
• Good internal communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a factory setting.

3. Other Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
• Good command of English (reading/writing reports, communicating with expat partners).
