Finance Controller (Real Estate)

Job Description

• Maintain accounting bookkeeping system properly according to statutory requires
• Ensure all statutory and managerial reports accurately and timely
• Maintain accounting document filing system with care and in order
• Tightly comply to Group Control Standard and governmental rules (No concessions)
• Be responsible for Monthly financial reports & any management reports in the company
• Liaise with Tax Authority for all company obligations & duties
• Work with independent audit for annual audit report
• In the best self-capability, update and consult to superior the change on rules; suggest solution on compliance & mitigate compliance risks
• Contact or support FI manager on contact with Tax Authorities for any concerned matter
• Report to: Finance Manager & BOD.

Job Requirement

• University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting

• At least 5 years of experience in finance & accounting and strong knowledge in Local Statutory and Tax Compliance, US GAAP, IFRS, VAS and internal controls

• Computer literacy and knowledge of software application is required

• Good command in English

• Familiarity with the reporting and regulatory requirements in Singapore and the Corporate office is essential

• High sense of responsibility and be able to work under high pressure.
