JOB RESPONSIBILITY for HR Director

• Advising and advising the Board of Directors on human resource strategy, human resource structure, human resource development policy in the medium and long term to ensure the implementation of the Group’s development strategy
• Advising, proposing and implementing systems to ensure the good implementation of management functions, evaluating the effectiveness of human resources under the BSC model and creating a professional and effective working environment
• Strategic planning of human resources of the Group on the basis of the trend of business development of the Group, the core values to build and orientation the development of the Group
• Proposing, adjusting and improving policies to retain existing personnel, attracting potential external personnel to meet the needs of human resources according to each stage of development of the Group
• Develop and control the operating budget according to the group’s human resources functions
• Analysis of personnel cost efficiency through the period from which there are adaptive adjustment solutions
• Develop a monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment plan to meet the group’s short, medium and long-term human resources needs
• Implement policies to develop corporate culture, training programs and resource development of the organization in accordance with the new requirements
• Implementing and supervising the implementation of personnel policy regimes (salary, bonus, benefits, etc.). Dealing with work related to industrial relations, emulation, reward, discipline
• Perfecting the management and control system of administrative documents: Rules, Regulations, Forms, … the Group to ensure system and standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for HR Director

• Degree: University or higher majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related majors
• Foreign language proficiency: Good English communication. Have at least 10 years of experience in human resources management. Experience in taking the position of human resources director in an executive role, strategic planning human resource development in large-scale companies
• Have in-depth knowledge of human resources management, ability to plan and implement human resources strategies and policies
• Understanding the labor market in Vietnam
• Understand the Labor Law, social insurance law, PIT law
• Skills in planning, building goals to work for departments and individuals
• Skills in communication, communication, negotiation
• Skills in controlling, making reports, solving problems, resolving conflicts
• Experience in the real estate industry
