[Expat speaking Chinese] Vice President of Production (Garment/Hanoi)

Vice President Productions is accountable for the strategy and execution of overall operations, including Vendor Management, Technical Development, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, CSR & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and deployment of company sourcing strategies and initiatives. This includes the global production sourcing with flexibility and agility to support business growth objectives.

2. Oversee, monitor, and evaluate the performance of suppliers and manufacturers in Mainland China and Southeast Asian countries.

3. Lead technical development with proprietary know-how and product category expertise. 

4. Oversee production planning and allocation.

5. Provide leadership for Quality Assurance function across all product categories to deliver the best product quality required by fashion brands.

6. Provide leadership for CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility team to ensure all suppliers are performing in compliance. 

7. Guide and upgrade manufacturers for technical, process and quality excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Over 15 years experience in fashion & apparel industry, and well-versed with garment manufacturing.

3. Adaptive to the Company’s evolving needs as it continues to experience exponential growth and strategic pivoting.

4. Strong leadership and people management skill.

5. Frequent business travel is required.

6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, in both Chinese and English
