Digital Marketing Team Leader (AeonMall Bình Dương)

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Digital Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL BÌNH DƯƠNG. Free company car available for all staff from HCMC to Aeon Binh Duong
• Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Have experience in leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead digital activities including concept, MKT campaign, push sales promotion, ads tactics... to built a lasting digital connection with customer 20%
• Launch, execute, optimize facebook, website, tenpo, SEO, social activities, SMS to maximize customer amount as well as increase branding awareness 15%
• Perform data analysis and post campaign review to enhance and improve customer experiences 10%
• Maintain partnership and measure performance of agencies and Vendor 10%
• Provide creative & new ideas for improving content of digital marketing and update website, facebook, tenpo,... 10%
• Upload information relating to facilities service of SC, Tenant promotion, Push sales promotion, Event... 10%
• Training, coaching & managing MKT digital staff to improve skills, working process and gain target management 6%
• Ensure to complete all daily workloads of MKT before SC's operation hour: Daily patrol (fulfill floorguide, campaign POSM...) as well as support MKT team for offline activities (Activation, events...) 5%
• Complete report in time after each campaign (Quick report, final report) and monthly report, quartely report & yearly report 5%
• Manage documents relating to Digital MKT (Contract preparation, payment, RFA...) with agencies and vendor 3%
• To be directly responsible for all workload & results relating to Digital MKT to Deputy MKT Manager/ Manager 3%
• To launch other tasks if having from Deputy MKT Manager/ Manager 5%
