Manufacturing Engineer (Working at Song Than 3 IP, Binh Duong)

Production Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide timely troubleshooting support to production lines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze root causes of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve technical problems.
• Continuous Improvement
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Monitor and track improvement actions to ensure sustainable results.
• Process Optimization
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for better performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Establish and update work instructions, process standards, and technical documentation.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities when required.
• Problem Solving
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (5-Why, 8D).
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Ensure permanent solutions are implemented for recurring issues.
• Talent Pipeline Development
• Develop technical capabilities to prepare for future Manufacturing Engineer vacancies.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields) ·        College diploma with equivalent relevant experience. ·        Bachelor’s degree: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing environment ·        College diploma: 4–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. ·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·        Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems ·        Knowledge of Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement tools is preferred ·        Good communication and teamwork skills ·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities ·        Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
