Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Performance Marketing, SPX Express

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing paid media acquisition end-to-end for the SPX growth project. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and technical setup to measurement and optimization, to drive lead generation and acquisition cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own paid media acquisition end-to-end, from planning and campaign setup to measurement and optimization, to achieve lead generation targets.
• Conduct monthly Online MKT budget planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and acquisition cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify root causes of underperformance, and implement improvements to meet KPIs.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting, working with relevant teams to resolve data and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and conversion across the acquisition funnel.
• Explore new opportunities based on digital trends and platform developments to improve acquisition effectiveness.

Yêu cầu

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with experience managing paid media acquisition end-to-end.
• Comprehensive understanding of paid media strategy, campaign operations, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, with experience in lead generation and app acquisition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and apply new digital marketing practices.
