CS & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (9 months contract)

I. Job Summary
- The CS & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for allocating all resources, including equipment, facilities and employees. The CS & Logistics Supervisor controls and maintains CS and warehousing activities effectively.
- II. Duties and Responsibilities
- A. Reqular duties 1. Customer Service Management - Order Management - Oversee the entire Order-to-Delivery process. - Ensure orders are processed accurately and within committed timeframes. - Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehousing, and Transportation to ensure delivery schedules are met. 2. Customer Care - Receive and resolve customer complaints. - Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within defined SLA timeframes. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and propose improvements. 3. Data Management - Verify order accuracy within ERP/SAP/WMS systems. - Monitor order backlogs and process outstanding orders. - Analyze order trends and report findings to management. 4. Implement/ follow the safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements in the warehouse at all times.
- 5. Coordinate closely with Sales Team, Export, Planning and Production team for FG plan and exported requirements. 6. Monitor and supervise the daily report of warehouse and CS staffs. 7. Manage stock control 8. Prepare periodic reports and maintain files of warehouse related documents for future reference. 9. Drive logistics target base on established KPls. 10. Controlling and arranging warehouse and CS personnel over all warehouse and CS activities.
- B. Duties that occur at irregular intervals - Coordinate with supervisors and staffs of other department for other issues. - Do other Logistics tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
- C. Level of supervision RECEIVED Report to Logistics Manager/ Supply Chain Manager-
- D. Level of supervision EXERCISED None
- E. Responsibility on the safety of others 1. Monitor and supervise the health and safety in workplace. 2. All incidents reported within 1 hour. 3. Initiate actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility.
- F. Responsibility on equipment, tools and/or material 1. Responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment used in the CS and WH operation. 2. Responsible for monitoring, controlling material for tracibility, audit activities.
- G. Responsibility on training other people Training for new warehouse supervisor, team leader, CS staff, WH staff
- H. Responsibility on Food safety and Quality Ensure FG received, stored and issued meet safety and quality.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience, Knowledge & Training
- Experience in Logistics and Customer Service is preferred.
- Warehouse Management.
- Transportation Management.
- Customer Service Management.
- SAP/WMS/TMS
- Good working knowledge of office information systems and computer skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure, work independent, work well with other.
- Good in English skills.
