Hà Nội - Marketing Admin - Project Coordinator (6 months Contract) - Welcome Fresher

This position is a 6-month contract. The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:1. OPERATION:

• Support the project: a promotion program for Panasonic customers.
• Project Coordinator, working with other departments to make sure the project goes smoothly
• Manage the system & coordinate warranty activation activities (applicable to groups of customers purchasing non-serial products)
• Be in charge of data management (key contact to work with the sales team on activation data)
• Build online verification process and verification process with ASC
• Be a coordinator of verification activities
• Be in charge of awarding management and awarding coordination2.

ADMIN:

• Get feedback from departments and support project information management
• Support operation executive to manage the system and awarding activities
• Be in charge of social alert management related to project
• Be in charge of administrative tasks

• Be a university graduate
• Welcome fresher
• Good at excel and data management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English skills
• Having experience in project management would be a plus
