Position:  Attend staff 

Job Code: 78294 

Responsibility 

・Translating documentary (Vietnamese <-> Japanese)

・Receive calls and make a reservation at a clinic/ hospital 

・Providing Japanese translation for customer at the clinic / hospital.

※ Need to attend the clinic / hospital with Client from the office to Clinic

・Supporting customer with the social insurance claim procedures

・Other task will be assign by the Manager

・There is 8 people team member. 

・There is a shift once a week for emergency response.

• Working location:  District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: ～800(USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Gender: Any

・Age: 20s - 30s

・Education: Bachelor degree, Major in Medical terminology is prefer

・ Language: Japanese Business Level (N1 holder)

・Fresh graduate can apply 

・Good with office tools such as Word and PowerPoint Excel

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Candidate who have medical knowledge is prefer

・Candidate who have working / studying abroad experience in Japan is prefer

・Ambitious to learn new things (Especially medical words)
