- Job Description
- Obtain domestic and international bidding information for selecting contractor in early stages and to facilitate business promotion inclusive of the Projects funded by ODA or counter - part Vietnam government fund resources.
• Prepare reports / research on potential ODA projects
• Thoroughly understand PQ, Bidding laws/ procedures for construction works such as expressways, bridges, factories, water supply and drainage system and other construction projects of buildings, urban areas, civil works..etc.; especially Metro projects.
• Have rich knowledge in different sectors such as metro, water sector, plant, civil, architecture
• Have good relationship with high - level Government officers, Stated Owned Economic Groups or international organizations and Vietnamese construction companies and sub-contractors.
• Information resources
• Other duties assigned by GD - At least Bachelor’s degree in University (Higher degree will be preferred)
- More than 7 years of experience in Marketing Business
• Working experience in construction or in related field (Work experience in preparing PQ and bidding documents in relation with commercial proposal), especially in Metro projects, will be preferred.
• Deep knowledge in Vietnamese construction procedures
• Experience in infrastructure sectors is mandatory.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
• Workplace: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
