Senior Project Manager ( Project Management Cer level 1)

• Design and Construction Management
• Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
• Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
• Project Team management
• Provide detailed constructibility reviews of project documents; make recommendations
• Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work
• Assist the Client in reviewing contractor requests through formal or informal processes, and provide prompt responses to keep projects on schedule
• Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
• Regularly review project schedules, analyze and monitor construction progress to determine impacts to schedule and provide feedback to Technical Director and Executive staff
• Enforce the contractor on compliance project schedules
• Direct reporting to the Client
• Reporting to the Managing Director & Operation Director

Profile Required

• Basic education: Civil engineering
• Certificate: Project Management certificate grade I

- Experienced in industrial project:100-200k sqm, 15 years of experience of project management in construction field , 5 years in similar position.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge Project Management in industrial project
• Strong in negotiation &communication skill
• Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
• Good level in English speaking and writing
• All the soft skills to handle the work

Others:

• Honestly, high sense of responsibility
• Team work, cooperation, collaboration, support in teamwork in order to complete works
• Initiative & active in work, self-planning, arrange and organize for work effectively
