Cross Border Project Management (Seller Management) - Business Development, Shopee

• Growth Project PMO: Lead cross-functional execution of strategic growth initiatives, including Local Fulfillment (LFF), operations improvement, and product feature enhancements, from planning through delivery.
• Seller Program Design & Adoption: Design and optimize platform seller programs, both cross-border (CB) and local, and drive CB seller adoption across them to deliver sustainable business growth.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze seller program adoption and effectiveness; turn findings into concrete program improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Build efficient operational routines and a performance management system that tracks progress and keeps owners accountable for business objectives.
• Management Reporting: Deliver concise, insight-led reports and business reviews that give management a clear view of progress, risks, and next steps.
• AI-Enabled Projects: Lead AI adoption to streamline SOPs, automate manual work, and improve team & RM productivity.

MUST-HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Economics, Business, E-commerce or relevant domains.
• A strong passion for improving Seller Management workstream, with the ability to look at operational processes through the lens of the end-user to drive improvements.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skill, with a proven track of driving alignment across diverse internal and external teams.
• Strong problem-solving skill with proven ability to analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and build data-backed optimization proposals.
• Own growth mindset and be comfortable navigating ambiguous operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Full professional fluency in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate ideas transparently to influence key stakeholders.
