Project Manager (PP channel)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Set up the new plastic production line.
• Suggest, evaluate, and purchase-related machines.
• Recruitment and training of new personnel.
• Monitoring daily operation of the production line to achieve quality and efficiency objectives.
• Apply strategies to drive manpower and cost-efficiency.
• Lead production team members to keep track of their skills and drive production targets.
• Prepare production analysis report to show material usage, capacity, production flow.
• Coordinate machines maintenance schedule.
• Work with quality team on product quality control.
• Work with R&D for the new product development projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• University or higher; At least 3 years of experience working in the plastic extrusion manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Chinese or English.
• Experienced setup line production, set up production equipment.
• Have knowledge related to factory management.
• Have knowledge about ISO, 5S,….
• Ability to manage projects, lead, communicate.
• Willing to go on business trips when the company requires
