Position: Japanese Speaking - GA cum Accountant - Business support

Responsibility

■General affairs

  ・Renewal of license to authorities 

  ・Creation of various reports

  ・Registration of changes to officers and bylaws to the authorities, and quarterly reporting

  ・Labor-related procedures for employees (labor contracts, work permits, social insurance procedures, etc.)

  ・Secretariat office general affairs (various contracts, business trip arrangements, equipment ordering, etc.)

  ・Management of member data (enrollment/withdrawal/change registration, membership certificate issuance, etc.), etc.

■Accounting work

  ・Payroll calculation, PIT declaration, social insurance premium declaration and payment

  ・Preparation of budget and financial statements, management of expense execution, preparation of audit materials

  ・Cash accounting management, settlement of project expenses, honorarium payment

  ・Annual fee invoice creation and payment management

  ・Various bank account registration procedures, management, etc.

  ・Respond to visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries (basically in Japanese and Vietnamese)

  ・Others (handling seminars sponsored by JCCH, etc.)

• Working location: Dist 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  18~22M VND

Requirements 

・Bachelor's degree

・Age:28－34

・Gender: Female

・Language; Business in Japanese ,more than N2 (need certificate)

・Having more than 3y experience Accounting or GA Admin position 

・Can work weekend （sometime)

・Having more than 3y experience Accounting and GA Admin position 

・Good communication skill 

・Have multitask skill
