Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibility 

• Take care of existing and look for new clients (mainly)
• Visit clients, receive requests from clients, find suitable suggestions, presentation of products
• Manage the delivery of the products, make sure orders arrive as scheduled
• Provide technical support to end-user
• Prepare reports periodically
• Do other tasks as assigned by Manager
• * Go to business trip to the middle and south area in Vietnam (depend on the situation: 1-2 times/year) **

• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 500~1000 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: 23 - 30
• Gender: Male only
• Education: College Diploma and above in Technical/ Engineering/Automation majors
• Language:

  + Japanese : Business Level - at least from N2 equivalent

  + English : Conversational Level - be able to use for email

• Experience: from 1-year to less than 2 years experience as Sales Person/ Sales Engineer in Industrial Tools or Automation/ Machines; in Manufacturing industry or having a good network with Manufacturing companies
• Skills and Personalities:

  + Good Computing skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...)

  + Good at Planning

  + Be able to create improvements in the field of operations

  + Highly comprehensive of workflow, orders, and instructions of working

  + Good problem solving 

  + Good at decision making, persuading, and leading

  + Good communication skill

Preferable  Skill/ Experience

- Graduated from well-known universities like University of Science and Technology; University of Industry;..
