Position: Japanese Speaking - System Support Leader - IT Solutions

Responsibility

• Provide support on routine work related to SAP system and other applications in the corporation
• Act as a point of contact to receive requests from users or other related businesses to support in timely manner and ensure SAP services are available and reliable to meet the business expectations.
• Delegate and monitor tasks which have been requested by users to team members
• On top and control all task which has been requested by users such as plan, status, progress, issue/problem related to
• Help members to resolve incorrect tasks or remove blockers related to tasks
• Report status, enhancement works, actual progress timely to Japan
• Manage routine work requests by users and follow-up promptly
• Working closely with other teams (eg: SAP Basis, SAP ABAP…) and Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
• Assist business users in gathering requirements and preparing of Change Request application.
• Support users in carrying out User Acceptance Test
• Post-deployment support.
• Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
• Provide training to users
• Working location: District 3, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1000 ~ 1500 (USD)

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 27 - 35
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Have real working experience in Application Maintenance Support (AMS) with 1 year of experience at Level Leader
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N2) and English - Conversational Level
• Other Skills & Knowledge:

+ Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.

+ Good documentation skills using MS Office applications

• Have knowledge in business processes related to finance, logistics are plus
• Knowledge in Application Development or IT Infra configuration is Plus
• Experience in Software development is plus
