JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Budget Management

· Assist departments in budget planning and cost control in alignment with strategic directions (focused on Manufacturing and Project Management).

2. Costing Management

· Work closely with the ERP project team to develop a costing system for both manufacturing and project-based operations.

· Establish, maintain, and update cost estimates for materials, activities, and processes within the SAP system.

· Ensure proper integration of costing data with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Financial Accounting (FI).

· Monitor and optimize cost standards and ensure proper cost allocation.

· Conduct cost variance analysis and identify root causes of discrepancies.

· Propose improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance business efficiency.

· Assist the FP&A Manager in implementing financial management system improvement projects

REQUIREMENTS

 Qualifications & Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

·         Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Controlling, with a focus on Product Costing and experience with different production strategies (e.g., Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order).

·         SAP Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations, proficiency in integration points with other modules affecting Product Costing results (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting).  Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder.
