Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director in project management, document handling, and daily task coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor contracts, payment schedules, insurance fees, visa renewals, and other related procedures for the company’s projects.

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers/customers (import–export), handling insurance documentation, applying for building permits, arranging loan options, and facilitating property sales/purchases.

  • Support vehicle management: selling cars, processing vehicle insurance and registration.

  • Manage regular payments for utilities (electricity, water, rent) and other expenses related to the accounting business.

  • Draft, submit for approval, and archive documents; arrange and remind the Director of work schedules and meetings.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; English reading and writing skills are an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in handling tasks.

  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
