- Be able to read and understand drawings and specifications;
- Be able to raise intelligent queries re. any outstanding design information or discrepancies;
- Understanding of Standard Method of Measurement and measurement of construction floor area (CFA);
- Measurement of quantities for Architectural, Civil and Structure works;
- Prepare partially Bill of quantity (BQ);
- Be able to build up unit rate when required;
- Be able to assist in preparation of Tender Document, Contract Documentation, Cost Estimation, Cost Plan, partially Pre-Tender Estimation and other reports;
- Contact vendors and collect quotations when required;
- Translation when required.
