Our talented Training Manager is responsible for training plan (all products and soft skills, training development plans…) for employees for both store and office.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage training schedules, coordinate classes at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Oversee technical training implementation.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
- Partner with Brand Managers, Category Managers and other stakeholders regarding instructional design.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
- Understand Business status via Sell-out performance (by Cat, by Range…) to provide any feedback or solution needed to Sales team
- Educate and ensure Dyson guideline 4E Steps, demonstration protocol and cross-category selling
- Prepare and plan properly for New product launch from Pre-launch (NPD information) to Lauch (monitor performance/ protocol/…) and Post-launch
- Collab with Sales team to upskill live-streaming and TikTok content
- Involved to support Sales team to enhance Productivity
