A Pest Control & Fumigation Services company is seeking Technical Sales Manager with details:

  • Manage and develop the Technical Sales Department, focusing on B2B customer acquisition – especially in the agriculture sector.
  • Collaborate with the BOD to build business strategies, sales goals, marketing campaigns, and technical support plans.
  • Coordinate recruitment, set performance targets, train and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve growth targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Optimize the sales and marketing process from planning to deal closing.
  • Analyze potential markets and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new products.
  • Ensure work aligns with company KPIs and performance standards.
  • Implement internal policies to maintain smooth and efficient departmental operations.
  • Report on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and provide forecasts to the BOD.
