[Tay Ninh 1 PJ] Site Admin

JGC Vietnam is looking for a Site Admin for Tay Ninh 1 Solar Power porject - Tay Ninh province in around 7 months. The job holder will work at site and be responsible for:

• Being in charge of documents management of project:

           - Control documents

            - File & arrange as per request

• Arranging transportation at site such as:

           - Arrange transportation as per Vehicle Arrangement Request approved by Site Manager

            - Check and file Daily Transportation Report filled by drivers, and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis

• Arranging accommodation at site and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis
• Supporting construction team for timesheet preparation and approval
• Supporting all administrative work at site office
• Performing other tasks assigned by Site Manager/ Project Manager/ Construction Manager
