We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Manager to drive the development of sales capabilities, corporate learning initiatives, and long-term talent development frameworks across our organization. This role is critical in enhancing the performance and potential of our Commercial teams and ensuring alignment with the fast-paced, customer-focused environment of the fashion retail industry. The position focuses primarily on Sales Capability Development (50%), Corporate Learning (30%), and Talent Development Framework Design (20%) to build a future-ready workforce.
1. Sales Capability Development – 50%
- Partner with Commercial Leaders to assess skill gaps and design targeted sales capability programs for frontline and management teams.
- Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of learning solutions that enhance product knowledge, customer service, selling techniques, and commercial excellence.
- Drive continuous learning initiatives to support business growth, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-impact, retail-specific training.
2. Corporate Learning & Development – 30%
- Lead the design and execution of corporate learning programs for various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values
- Facilitate leadership development, onboarding, soft skills, and compliance training initiatives
- Oversee learning platforms, tools, and processes to ensure accessibility and effectiveness of programs across the organization
- Measure learning impact and ensure continuous improvement through feedback and performance metrics
3. Talent Development Framework Design – 20%
- Develop and implement strategic talent development frameworks, focusing on career pathing, succession planning, and high-potential identification
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership to ensure talent programs support long-term organizational capability needs
- Promote a culture of continuous development, high performance, and internal mobility within the company
